Shipping Policy

At Ritambh, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please review the following shipping guidelines to understand how we manage and deliver your orders.

1. Shipping Timeframes

We aim to deliver all orders within 7 business days for domestic (India) shipments. For international orders, delivery times may vary based on the destination but generally take between 10 to 20 business days.

Please note that while we strive to meet these delivery timelines, factors such as public holidays, shipping carrier delays, or customs procedures (for international orders) may impact the exact delivery date.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping (within India): Shipping charges are calculated based on your order value and delivery location. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.
  • International Shipping: Shipping rates for international orders vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Please be aware that international customers may be responsible for customs duties or taxes upon receiving their package. These fees are not included in your shipping charges and must be paid by the customer.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and a link to track your package. This will allow you to monitor your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.

4. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ritambh.com or +91 836 873 0936. We will do our best to accommodate the change, provided the order has not already been dispatched. Once an order is shipped, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.

5. Missed or Failed Deliveries

In cases where delivery attempts are unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the shipping company may leave a notice or attempt a redelivery. If the package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment at your expense.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package is damaged or lost during shipping, please reach out to us immediately at info@ritambh.com or +91 836 873 0936. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund, if applicable.

7. International Customs & Duties

For international shipments, please note that your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. Ritambh is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
